Vee: South Qeynos. Bottom of the steps at the Mage Tower. If u dont know which steps , its inside the Mage tower , explore a bit and refer to pic. For evil chars , u need enter Qeynos via Down Below.
Fen: North Freeport. Scroll on the table near Paragon Jalex. He can be found at upper level . Take elevator up to find him.
Dar: Fallen Gates. On the table in the second house on the left in Marketplace 2. The 2nd house is the house with no front doors. marketplace 2 is deeper in , its the area where u find Blood of the Bear book

Vul: Nektulos Forest. Chest on the second floor of Gul'thex Citadel.
Phar: Thundering Steppes. Bag behind merchant's counter in Thundermist Village house with Ambassador.
Kor: Runnyeye. Across from the entrance, next to a banner and a clickable chest in room with Runnyeye B quest fairy.
Sev: Runnyeye. Second tier of structure in banker room.
Tal: Rivervale. Under the table at the House of Circles. (Note: Deathfist ambush after you leave house).
Gor: Rivervale. In the corner on your right after entering main door at SBD house.
Shi: Ruins of Varsoon. Tome of Life room.
Mir: Ruins of Varsoon. Room of the Enchanter.
Xak: Feerrott. Inside of Eye of Thule pyramid.
Gresh: Feerrott. Murgina's tent in merchant area, scroll hidden in the rafters.
